Pricing & Commission Structure

At Cape to Coast Auctions and Estate Services, we believe in transparent, competitive pricing for our estate sales, auctions, and consignment services in Central Florida. Our commission structure is designed to align with your success—when you do well, we do well.

Our Standard Rates:

• Estate Sales:
  Our standard commission is 35%-40% of total sales, covering full-service estate liquidation including sorting, pricing, staging, marketing, staffing, and checkout management.

• Specialty Items & High-Value Assets:
  Select items such as automobiles, gold, silver, and valuable collections may qualify for reduced commission rates, depending on value and market conditions.

• Antique Mall Consignment:
  Items placed in our antique mall space are subject to a 25% commission, calculated after mall fees, commissions, and card processing costs are deducted.

The sale items were organized and each room had its own motif. The prices were fair and I went back on the 50% off sale day and bought more stuff.
